Breakfast Fried Rice
Ingredients
6 Eggs beaten
½ teaspoon kosher salt
4 slices center cut bacon chopped or 6 slices of turkey bacon chopped
1 10oz frozen bag of plain cauli rice (defrosted and drained)
1 small onion diced
3 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
Cook bacon in a separate pan and set aside removing from grease.
in another large pan or wok use cooking spray, spray pan cook eggs and remove.
Add sesame oil and sauté the onion (gently salt through)
Add cauli rice for 5 mins (or till tender),
Add white rice, mix and fry for another 5
Add soy and mix
Combine egg and bacon
serve
