Beer Bread (3 ways)

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 12oz bottle of beer (any)
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 tablespoon evoo
3 fat handfuls of chocolate chips(-my personal add) (OPTIONAL)

Directions

Whisk dry ingredients and then add beet and EVOO. Mix with wooden spoon, let rise 2 hours covered with plastic wrap in a bowl.

(Heat the Dutch oven for 30 mins in oven on 450)

Flour bread into a ball and place on parchment paper and place paper and bread in covered Dutch oven.

Bake in Dutch over for 30 mins covered and another 15 uncovered.

Let cool 1-2 hours before cutting, it will need to finish cooking through

Tip: Adding chocolate chips makes for a great appetizer or after dinner snack. Making without serve your fresh bread with dinner!

Tip 2: Add diced cold cuts for a lard bread. I use Ham, Salami, Pepperoni
